READING LIST
None of the books below is sufficient on its own to help students get out of this module what I hope they will get out of it. You are recommended to dip into a number of books. I recommend the book by Thomson on critical thinking in particular. Edward de Bono seems to me to have a rather idiosyncratic approach to writing books - you may find his books are like nothing else you've ever read! He has written a lot and I list only a few here. I would recommend 'Six Thinking Hats' for purchase but this does not cover all that we will take from de Bono. (de Bono's books are often available on eBay.)
